Quest For Stars continued his rapid ascent through the juvenile ranks when he fought out a stirring finish to take the British Stallion Studs EBF Stonehenge Stakes at Salisbury. The Charlie Appleby-trained Sea The Stars colt, ridden by Connor Planas, prevailed by a neck to claim the Listed prize and with it a place in the newly upgraded Golden Fleece Stakes at Leopardstown during the Irish Champions Festival.
Having broken his maiden at Doncaster in early July and followed up at Sandown, Quest For Stars once again showed a willing attitude under pressure. Sent to the front by Planas, he was briefly hauled back by the favourite late in the race but rallied to regain the lead in the closing stages and hold on by a narrow margin.

Felicitas and Miss Scott finished third and second respectively.
